Water filter program
Many buildings in Milwaukee have water service lines that contain lead and water quality is a common concern all over the globe. Our water filter program would provide free reverse osmosis water filtration systems, as well as assistance installing these systems, to families in the community. The system that we would like to provide has three pre-filters (paper and charcoal) to remove sediment and some chemicals, a reverse osmosis membrane to remove lead and other difficult to filter chemicals, and a post-filter to balance the ph (which tends to be reduced after reverse osmosis processing) and put some healthy minerals into the water.
Current obstacles to overcome before this program can be pursued include obtaining nonprofit status so we can try to get the filter systems at a reduced cost or free, and fundraising to purchase the filter systems.

Classroom
The classroom in the dungeon is now functional but we only have one class utilizing it. Education is vital to a healthy and free society, we believe that it is far too important to be left in the hands of government or profit driven firms. We don't currently have the resources to offer an alternative to the current education system but we would like to start with our humble classroom and offer classes to supplement the traditional system. We would like to offer as broad a range of subjects as possible from the practical to the intellectual. Current ideas for potential classes are: basic economics, capitalist economics and side effects, alternative economics, basic electrical theory, basic DC electrical wiring, an overview of automotive systems and vehicle maintenance, and a workshop on how to safely and effectively interact with law enforcement officers.
Current obstacles to overcome: recruiting volunteer instructors with diverse knowledge and skills to lead classes and advertising to get students in.

Free store
We have quite a bit of extra stuff in The Dungeon and the most efficient way to get it into the hands of those that could use it is a free store. The free store would also act as a distribution point for donated items and materials.
Current obstacles: cleaning and building a space in The Dungeon for this use.

Local artisans store
We would like to help support local artisans by providing a place for them to sell their wares, purchases made at the store would (potentially [bureaucracy sucks]) be tax deductible and a portion of the proceeds would go to improving The Dungeon and supporting our community programs.
Current obstacles: non profit status, and building a space in The Dungeon.

Rustic camp
We are currently trying to get access to a wooded property 18 miles north of Wisconsin Dells, if successful there are plans to build tipis and possibly yurts. This rustic camp would serve as a retreat location for weekend get-aways, festivals, and events.
Obstacles: secure access to the property, acquire building materials, and build the camp.

Fitness Space
We would like to have a fitness space in The Dungeon with some resistance equipment and an area that can be used for yoga and taiji classes.
Obstacles: clean an area in The Dungeon, get equipment, get yoga and taiji teachers.

Play bingo and help save the world.
